Shipping Policy

We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10 AM PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 10 AM PST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours. During peak times, processing time may take longer (holidays, promotions, etc.).

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tail Chasers Club cannot be held responsible for late shipments or conditions that are out of our control (severe weather, service interruptions, etc.)  

We currently do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays. Our shipping partners do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday. 

We are unable to make adjustments to shipping methods once an order has been placed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
