Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product if they are: unused, unworn, and in a "as new" sale-able condition.

Unfortunately all orders need to be shipped.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

Within 36 hours of expected delivery:

• Verify the shipping address
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery
• Look around the delivery location for your package
• See if someone else accepted the delivery (neighbors, roommates, leasing office, etc.)
• Check your mailbox
• Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

Tail Chasers Club is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package was "delivered", neither Tail Chasers Club nor the carrier service is liable. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@tailchasersclub.com .

We can not change the shipping address for orders that have already shipped. If you need your address changed, contact us at info@tailchasersclub.com immediately so we can try to change it. Our ability to change the address is not guaranteed.
