Return Policy
For all purchases, returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product if they are: unused, unworn, and in an "as new" saleable condition as determined by us in our sole discretion. Only items purchased through tailchasersclub.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase. Refunds are based on applicable product and tax charges once the merchandise is received. Please allow 14 days for us to process the credit to your card. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Tail Chasers Club offers free returns on full price sales only. The customer is responsible for any return postage on any sale or promotional items. Returns on sale/promotional items or orders under $50 are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is not provided.

Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, the most efficient method is for you to return the original item explained under our Return policy, and then place a new order. This will guarantee that you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
